GLOBAL MARKETING GROUP
Our "global marketing support" evolves from any creative center and is supported globally by all our marketing centers, depending on the strategic target market of a customer's request.
Each global center conducts "New Product Surveys." The data collected includes the product type, fragrance category, product base information and target consumer demographics. The information obtained from our "Consumer Demographics" data may be used as a tool when a project requires a specific consumer group who purchase the target product.
This information is shared globally and may be used to support the creative process as new product briefs evolve within a specific category for international projects.
EVALUATION CENTERS
Each "Creative Center" is supported by a "Fragrance Library" which includes, fragrances categorized by "fragrance type" designated for a specific product. This may be used as part of the "Creative Process" when creating a new fragrance concept for a unique product base.
Before a customer receives a creative fragrance candidate, our evaluation team may use a "Consumer Group" - These consumers are selected because they represent the target market for the specific product area, and the test results of this group will identify the final fragrance selection to be sent to our customers.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
"Sample Requests" are filled within 1 to 3 working days.
"Fragrance Deliveries" are made within 5 working days of the purchase request, and, when necessary arrangements for same day delivery may be made.
"Material Safety Data Sheets" will always be provided with samples and deliveries.
"Fragrance Descriptions" are available upon customer request.
